City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Facilities Manager to join our expanding team. We are also hiring for this role in the following areas: Stockton, Modesto, and Bay area.
For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.
Job Summary
Account Executive collaborates with Property Managers and other City Wide Clients to create needs-based property maintenance solutions and recurring contracted services. This includes creating maintenance tickets, quality inspections, and communications with clients on recurring contracted services.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Frequently tour properties to identify maintenance and liability opportunities to propose solutions to clients.
Audit existing contract services through scheduled quality assurance inspections, to ensure contractual requirements are being met
Presents and negotiates client acceptance of approved tag work regarding terms and conditions. Oversees document origination, negotiation, and closing.
Sources and develops qualified client prospects by identifying and utilizing referral sources, networking, and existing clients.
Maintains client relationships through engagement and account support to ensure contract retention
Serve as first line of support to assigned portfolio and client roster through active communication.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year of Business-to-Business sales experience.
Previous experience with building maintenance and identifying property liabilities.
Experience in a Microsoft Office environment, including basic analytical and computer skills.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
High level organizational and time management skills
Clean and neat appearance
Associate degree or higher preferred
